Carrol Titus-Zambre was born, raised and educated in Santa Clara County public schools. She earned her MBA from Santa Clara’s Graduate School of Business in Information Systems and Quantitative Solutions and is a Woeffel Scholarship winner. Subsequently, she worked for 15 years within Fortune 50 (Cisco/Sun/Visa) corporations and board advisory startup organizations. As president of Golden Poppy Inc., a state-of-the-art STEM e-learning company in compliance with Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA); she is internationally recognized for constructively closing the gaps in STEM learning, with personalized outcomes for every child.
Carrol Titus-Zambre’s community service includes 11 years as a National Youth Volleyball Association head clinician for the cities of Mountain View, Palo Alto and Saratoga where she managed, taught and hosted inter-city tournaments for 300+ children; Los Alto Boys JV Volleyball team head coach; Girl Scout troop leader who partnered with OneWarm Coat and City Team Ministries to collect over 600 coats for families in need. Through Golden Poppy Inc, she has donated STEM e-learning games and books to Los Altos and Mountain View Elementary Schools and inter-district libraries.
All three of her children benefitted from the Advanced Scientific Investigations (ASI) Program at Los Altos High and are scholar-athletes. Her eldest son and daughter are physics and chemistry majors at university, respectively. Her youngest is a senior at Los Altos High School.
