GOLDEN POPPY INC.,
CHAMPION GUIDELINES
Last Update: May 13, 2019
Respect the community.
At Golden Poppy Inc., we want Unicorn Blue to be a fun and safe experience for all players and for everyone out in the real world where the game is played. Following these common sense guidelines will help ensure you and other players have a great experience and that others are not affected by your gameplay. Remember, certain interactions that seem harmless or fun to you may be perceived in a different way by bystanders or other players.
Treat other players and bystanders with respect and courtesy, and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner while playing Unicorn Blue. Below are some guidelines to keep in mind.
Be respectful.
Unlike many other games, you may actually know the people you play with. It’s in everyone’s best interest to keep things courteous and fun for all. Please respect other Champions. Never defame, abuse, harass, harm, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including the rights of privacy and publicity) of others. Violations can result in the loss of your account. If other players are being aggressive, offensive, overly protective of landmarks or are trolling you please remove yourself from the situation, don’t engage and report to us.
Respect privacy.
In addition to making smart choices about how you choose to share your experience on social medial (for example, do not use your real name and avoid posting your nickname in connection with your real name), don’t post, repost, or reveal other information about another user’s identity, including their name, phone number, email address, or physical address, even if a player discloses that info first. Don’t reveal such information about bystanders or anyone else, either. Also, don’t take photos or videos of other players unless you have their permission. Violations can result in the loss of your account.
Adhere to the rules of the human world.
Remember to be alert at all time and stay aware of your surroundings. Please do not trespass, or in any manner gain or attempt to gain access to any property or location where you do not have the right or permission to be.
Avoid inappropriate content.
We may review the content you create with Unicorn Blue, particularly if another user has flagged it as offensive, and we may seek to remove it if we believe it’s inappropriate for the game. That may include sexual or pornographic content, obscenity, or hate speech.
No cheating.
Unicorn Blue is meant to be played on a mobile device to get you outside playing with your friends and thinking like a Champion! Methods of cheating, unfortunately, are limited only by cheaters’ imaginations, but include at a minimum the following: using modified or unofficial software; playing with multiple accounts (one account per player, please); sharing accounts; using tools or techniques to alter or falsify your standings; or selling/trading accounts.
We will enforce the Terms of Use as well as these guidelines.
We will review reported or flagged player accounts and content and will determine whether or not they violate the Terms of Use and/or these guidelines. Accounts are penalized for violations of the Terms of Use and/or the Champion guidelines—we may issue a warning, suspend you from the game, or (for serious or repeated violations) terminate your account.
